Movement versatility and playfulness to create Inner effervescence!
Part 2
2 Soothing Somatics - the palette cleanser!!!
Floor based , delightful soothing and nourishing movements to hydrate and nourish joints
Rolling Yielding Pushing Pulling, Gliding
Part 3
Resting and digesting
Conscious resting – grounding, releasing , conscious breathwork and guided meditation to balance and nourish you
There will be two short breaks all equipment /props provided wear loose comfy clothing
