Get creative and join in the culturally important ritual of kimchi making!

Kimchi holds a central place in Korean life  far beyond  being a food .

Kimchi has been a part of Korean food culture for thousands of years. The importance of kimchi in Korean food culture is reflected in a special annual event dedicated to the making of kimchi called kimjang. Kimjang is a communal activity that usually involves many participants, and the labour-intensive task is shared from a small-scale family level to a large-scale community level.

In recent years it  been promoted as a  health super food for your gut microbiome 

Dry Water will provide all the ingredients . Come and  experience making kimchi with some to  take away and  share with your families and friends

As with all events at Dry Water social connection and cultural encounter combine in friendly and involving ways
