Live Long in the day - Love each other and respect each other.

On this very sad day for Manchester and indeed for all of us a reminder via Melbourne, Australia of the importance of tolerance and standing together. Pamela Bruder (Brisbane artist/academic) brought together a group of elders at Emmy Monash Care Centre, all of them Holocaust survivors with local schoolchildren to celebrate life.

They chose to sing Live Long in the day written by Gateshead musician Steve Jinski .

Live Long in the day has become much more than a song for Dry Water and for many others. It is a daily practice and a means by which we can find strength to keep on keeping on......always better together.......friendship not fear.
