Walking the talk -action research in the field
We are very busy multi tasking just now and feel incredibly positive about the ways in which so many links are being forged between partners and projects.
This week we have had the delight of working alongside Newcastle University Geography Department which is informing our research for our next project. Entitled 'Walk with me talk with me' it is a project for people living with dementia and their carers.
The students and staff have provided us with insights and creative possibilities that we had not considered....opening up horizons in all sort of ways. We like to think we really did have blue sky thinking!!
Many thanks to Dr Rachel Carr and the academic team, the students for tolerating Paula's spontaneous interventions and Dr Maarten van Hardenbroek for introducing us to the the wonders of coring...
