Learning is a bit like a jigsaw

Learning is a bit like a jigsaw - A process that requires the bringing together of  information and experiences so that you can see the "bigger picture".

A commission to facilitate a community consultation at Marine Park Primary has been a great way for us to collectively deepen our understanding of what it is to learn. 

How do you make a massive jigsaw?

Along with the children from Years 5 and 6 we have been, experimenting and adapting and getting things wrong and finding solutions and starting again......and again.....

Learning can be quite a messy and baffling process but you  own what you  know through direct experience.

We are now in the process realising the design of our  "big puzzle" and we have to say that it is looking rather splendid....
