Castillo Nuevo Trio 12th October 7pm - 9pm (doors 6.30pm)

Castillo Nuevo Trio is an ensemble dedicated to performing the various rich traditions of Afro-Cuban music , Afro-Latin music, Latin Jazz, Salsa, and Samba.  Comprised of trombonist Jason Holcomb, pianist Alix Shepherd, and percussionist David Olantunji the group regularly performs  a mix of traditional pieces and contemporary compositions in Afro-Latin styles celebrating the remarkable history of these musical cultures.
