 There are a range of highly effective breathing and visualization techniques which can provide us with practical ways to to balance our  energies whether that be to calm and  soothe the system or to energise and focus.

Breath awareness can enable us to make skillful choices and better recognise when we feel tense or tired , wired or worried.

Many cultures and traditions recognise breath awareness to be incredibly important in attuning the individual to themselves and the wider universe. This can be seen in the practices of things such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Zen

In this free class Paula will offer a range of techniques drawn from her broad experience of mindful practices with the sincere hope they can be utilised to enhance and promote a sense of positive wellbeing.

The class can be done seated on the floor or a chair. Wear loose comfortable clothing
