Mindful Yoga with Virginia Kennedy

Learn about insight meditation and relaxation techniques leading to ease and well being. Suitable for anyone with or without prior experience.

We will practice a variety of ways to calm and relax the body . The methods are based on Buddhist teachings of awareness.

Virginia has a background in both yoga and meditation and is a supporter of Harnham a local Theravadin  Buddhist Monastery.

 Virginia is kindly donating her teaching fee to Curiosity Cafe our Dementia Positive Programme
