Bodywise - A Creative & Social Movement Programme

Tuesdays 11.00am to 12.30pm

A great class to build confidence and have fun whilst moving together. The classes focus on improving balance, coordination, strength and flexibility or as Paula puts it “whole body wiggles”. Classes make skilful use of music and rhythm to help you find confidence and enjoyment as you  move.

Classes are sociable and informative drawing on the latest research about the body mind connection and the absolute importance of keeping moving. The classes may be  particularly useful after various lockdowns /shielding when you might feel a  need to improve your balance and build confidence as well as make important social connections.

Paula is a very talented teacher and has an ability to get you moving even when you are feeling a bit stuck mentally and physically. I always feel better after class, uplifted and encouraged

The last half hour of class is for coffee, chat and the occasional cake! (Paula promises not to bake anything!)
